Please reach us at info@jillyspilates.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Our reformer Pilates workout is for beginners as well as everyone at every level. It may take a few classes to learn all of the moves, but our instructors will be there to help you. We also provide modifications (ways to make a move easier) or amplifications (ways to make a move more challenging), which will be provided by the instructor during class.
Any workout clothes that you feel comfortable in will suffice. Grip socks are also mandatory for your safety. If you do not have grip socks, you may purchase them at the front desk. You should bring water and a small hand towel, if you like. We have water for purchase.
New students should arrive 15 minutes early for your own safety so that our instructors can explain the machine components and the workout in general. Others should come 10 minutes before the start of class so they can watch the demonstrations of some moves in class. New students might not be permitted to take class if they do not arrive early, for safety reasons.
If you need to cancel your spot in class, you must cancel eight hours before the class time to avoid any penalties. You can do this on the Mindbody app. If you cancel outside of the eight hours, you can lose a class credit with a package, or if you have an unlimited membership, you will incur a fee. If you cancel less than eight hours before class with an unlimited membership, you will incur a $30 fee. If you no-show the fee is $35. We waive a fee once a month for unlimited memberships.
You can put yourself on the waitlist if someone else cancels. If you cannot attend class, you can cancel anytime; but if you are on the waitlist and you get into the class, but it is less than eight hours before class starts, you will lose a class credit or you will incur a $30 fee. If you no-show the fee is $35. We waive a fee once a month for unlimited memberships. You can only be waitlisted on one class per day.
If you do not show up to class on time, your space may be given to another member who may be waiting on standby.
We only accept cancellations through the Mindbody app, as we do not accept cancellations through email, voicemail, verbally, via phone/text, or via DMs.
